Cancellation Policy: Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Late cancellation/rescheduling or no shows leaves a hole in your stylists day that could have been filled by another client. As such we require 24hrs notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Providing less than 24 hrs will result in your credit card being charged 60% of the cost of the appointment and 100% for no shows. There are NO EXCEPTIONS, this includes cold, flu, covid and work/family obligations. Please DO NOT contact the salon to avoid paying the cancellation fee, it will not be waived under any circumstance. As a small business, late cancellations significantly impact the business and staff members. Thank you for your understanding.
